Plate With Controls Need To Be Replaced
Plate that houses the knobs and digital board is rusted and needs to be replaced

From my understanding you need to replace the plate that houses the digital board and knobs on your Frigidaire range, PLES399EC. I was able to locate the part number for that panel which is 318313831. You would need to speak with the manufacturer directly to get the price for the panel. I hope this information is helpful. -OOS
