Clicking Sound Around The Water Inlet Area

I hear a clicking or almost suckle sound coming from the back of the fridge. I pulled it out and it appears to be coming from the middle of the back around the area of the water intake hose. Any idea what this sound could be and is there a part right there inside the back panel? It is not coming from the bottom of the fridge where the compressor and other items are located.
