The Ajar Door And Hi Temp Alarms Are Not Working On My Upright Freezer.

Hello Anonymous,

I see that your door ajar and high temp alarms are not working. I would recommend giving the appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging it or switching the circuit breaker off that the freezer is attached to. When you do this you will want to leave it off for 3-5 minutes. Once the 3-5 minutes has elapsed, bring power back to the freezer. If your door ajar and high temp alarms are still not working, I would suggest contacting your local authorized technician to diagnose and see why you keep receiving this error code.
