Fridge Not Cooling Right.
Just plugged the fridge in. It had been in storage for about 2 months after being repaired. Plugged in and everything was running. I had it plugged in for a couple of hours and it does not seem to be cooling down. When I arrived home it seemed to be not running. I unplugged and replugged. It seems to be running again. How long should it take to get to the desired temp of 34 degrees with no food in it?

In storage, was the temperature cold or hot? If the environment was too hot, the compressor may have been damaged. Same goes for too cold. Units are not designed to last in weather below 30ºF or above 95ºF without some type of circulation and added materials.
If your unit does not start to cool in the next 24 hours, you need a service tech visit. It could be something simple as the damper (which controls the freezer air going into the refrigerator portion to cool it), or something in the sealed system lines / coolant / compressor. Nothing you can diagnose and repair yourself unfortunately.
