The Water And Ice Dispenser Suddenly Stopped Working

The ice maker started to leak water down the front as the ice cubes were frozen together...The power is on to the refrigerator...Is there a fuse that controls certain aspects of the refrigerator while keeping the lights and power on? Thank you Brian
