Ac Unit Isn't Working At All

my frigidaire window unit model FRA126CT1 air conditioners reset trips immediately when plugged in. After disconnecting circuit board, compasitor and controls to clean last season dust and dirt from radiators and fans for this seasons use. After unit dried I reassembled and it opperated great for a couple day's. I shut it off last night due to droping temperatures and thunderstorm, 24 hours later turned unit on and all it will do is trip reset and test button has no function

Most likely the fuse (next to the M on the red wire) on this diagram.
