Our New Fprh19d7lf Won't Get Colder Than 48 Degrees. The Setting Says 33 Degrees

If the display of the unit and the internal temperature are not the same, then you most likely have a control board issue. Now if the unit cannot get below a certain degree mark, you may have an issue with the sealed system and lines. These are the lines the freon, coolant, passes through and goes from in and around the compressor and evaporator. You cannot fix this yourself. You will need professional assistance.
