Why Does The Soap Dispenser Door Not Open Properly?
I have used liquid and granular soap to try it out and yet the little door does not open properly so soap does not get used to clean dishes. What is wrong, this is a brand new dishwasher.

We also had an issue with the soap door not opening. It turns our that we had our big plates in the front left corner of the bottom rack and they were preventing the door from opening during use. Once we realized this and put our small plates in the spot, the soap door now opens without issue.
