Excess Condensation/water Droplets Inside Back Of Fridge

I see a lot of water droplets forming at the back inside of my fridge, where the air vents are which are part o of the V channel. The water droplets drip down and pool under the drawer tray and freezes. I have realigned the doors and leveled the fridge but doesn't help. I have also tried different temperatures on the fridge and freezer. This is brand new fridge only a few weeks old.
