Temperature Cannot Be Set

I unplugged the frige to clean in the back. When I plugged back in again, the temperatures of the freezer is 85 and cooler is 78 degrees of F. I don't know how to reset them back to 0 and 37 degree.Please help. I cannot find anything online to show me.

Setting Cooling Temperatures

From the user interface, Press set temp to choose which compartment, refrigerator or freezer, to adjust. The temperature display will begin to blink with the first touch. Touch button next to + or - to adjust the temperature to the desired setting. After five (5) seconds of inactivity, the display will beep to accept the new temperature.
