Hello Anonymous-87655 – Could the error code possibly be SY and EF? If so, typically error code SY EF indicates that the refrigerator has detected an evaporator fan circuit failure. Contact a professional to move forward accurately. The wiring between the main control board and evaporator fan will need to be check and diagnose. Depending on the diagnoses the main control board may need replacing.
