User Interface Is Not Working Properly.

The user interface only shows temperatures and has the water selected. When I try to select cubed or crushed ice it will not change, also if I try to change temperature settings it will not change. I know some refrigerators have a store display mode. Is there rest sequence?

You should try to press and hold a "reset/off" button. This unit should have one somewhere on the display. If for some reason it does not, I would try to turn the circuit breaker off for about 5 minutes to complete a hard reset and try again.
