Shuts Off After 3 Seconds.

I just bought a FRigidaire Gallery series over the range microwave and installed it last night. It worked a couple times to heat up coffee this morning but tonight it will shut of after 3 seconds. It doesn't matter if we try the "popcorn" button or manually setting the time. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now it works but I read other posts online where others are having the same problem with other brands and most are told its a bad magnatron. Is this a situation where I should notify someone or see what happens? Thank you.
