Why Won't Our 2nd Fghb2844lf6 Refrigerator Make Ice Either?

We are on our 2nd FGHB2844LF refrigerator now and this one supposedly has a newer version of ice maker, however this one won't make ice either.  It is getting water to the water dispenser, there is no trip arm on this model so that's not it, and the "ice off" light is not on.  What else can I check?
