Frigidaire Model Fghb2844lf
The freezer is not freezing the food anymore we are not sure what the freezer setting should be on. The freezer was working before

Have you had any issues before with the freezer or the refrigerator portion changing temps? You could have a floating restriction in the lines, that only a professional can help with. You can clean the unit out, clean any coils you can reach, and make sure no food items are blocking any vents in the unit. Then, contact Frigidaire to have a professional diagnose the unit before the temperature rises more. Freezers should be around 0ºF and refrigerators around 34-37ºF.
