Freezer Not Cold Enough

Frigidaire FRS26FCDQ4 fridge/freezer was working fine.  Last week the fridge side became colder and the freezer side became warmer.  I moved the temp control knobs, and now the fridge side is okay (but still cooler than before), but the freezer side only gets down to 20 F at the coldest setting.  Before it got down to 0 F at a medium setting.  Is there anything I can do other than call for a repairman?

If you have made sure that the unit is cleaned, filter and toe grille are clean, then you have done all you can before contacting a technician.
