My Refrigerator Is Giving Me Problems Wat Can I Do?

The refrigerator is not cooling I tried unplugging it and plugging it back and when I set up the temp to 9 it goes back to 4 and thats the lower it goes. The fridge is not making ice. Wat csn I do because all the service is close.    Thanks
