I see that you need help restarting the Frigidaire refrigerator with a short inside of the dispenser. The best way to perform a reset or restart on your refrigerator is to disconnect power from it for at least ten minutes. If you continue to experience problems with the refrigerator I would suggest having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis.
