Resetting Freezer After Alarm

Door was ajar, alarm went off, while trying to check temp on the touch panel it went to off and I can't get it to come on again......light does come on....

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer is not coming back on. In order to turn the freezer back on you may need to push the down button three times within five seconds. You can also perform a reset by unplugging the power cord from your freezer for ten minutes. I hope this information is helpful. –OOS
