One Spot On The Stove Cannot Be Turned On, The Other Three Ok? What To Do?

My stove has a problem, I can not turn the light on on one spot, for the button is stuck and can not push down, the other three are on, what to do?

If so, may I please have the model number? You can typically locate the serial tag in the storage drawer on right side.
