How To Reset/turn On My Fridge?

I noticed that my fridge randomly stopped working and wanted to know what I need to cool the fridge again using the interface controls. When I hold down the freeze and lock buttons simultaneously then "0","1" and "3" are being displayed and when I press on any button then a "beep" sound is heard.
