Dehumidifier Will Not Consume Water

We have a Frigidaire dehumidifier which runs but have noticed there is no water in the collection bucket - we have owned it for a few years and have never had a problem -

Try to turn the humidity down so that it has to "work" harder. See if any water is collected at that time. Also make note if you hear a different series of sounds at all with the unit.
