How To Shorten Wash Cycle. The Diswasher Runs For Hours.
Frigidaire model FDB1100RHC2. Wash cycle is extremely long. Want to know how to shorten wash cycle.

Hi there!
On many appliances these days, they operate off of preprogrammed cycles, settings and sensors. The cycle will continue to run until one of these sensors (or programmed settings) are satisfied. The only to experiment and change the cycle run time is to change the settings you select upon starting a new load. The heavier the wash (soil level) the longer the cycle. The hotter the cycle equals longer wash times. If you select an extra rinse or have rinse aids inserted this will increase your run time as well. It is very standard for a single cycle to run past 90 minutes for proper temperature and cleansing completion.
