Why Does My Frigidaire Front Load Washer Not Drain?

Waher started then stop at the drain cycle. Removed all the covers to inspect the pump. The hose going from the tube to the pump had collapsed. As soon as I lifted up the rubber sealthat cover the pump to the discharge hose, it released and returned to normal. Even with both hoses detached there is still water in the tub.

Your drain pump sounds like it has a clog inside of it and needs technical attention from a service professional. Contact Frigidaire at 1-888-203-1389 for suggestions on local service providers in your area and go from there. I wouldn't try to troubleshoot it any further for safety and accuracy.
