Fafs4272la0 Front Load Washer

my frigidaire affinity froont load washer has two of the cycles (whitest whites and normal) leave the soap in the dispenser. I also noticed the water temp and soil level have no selections. I am thinking this has something to do with it. Is it maybe one of the control boards?

Hello moon1951 - Sounds like the washer could possibly have a blocked dispenser cap, screens are restricted or an issue with the water pressure in home.  Are you using a low-sudsing, high efficiency detergent? If so, but issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately to further diagnose the control board.
