Best Approach 2 Working With Dealership For The Truth About Car Vibrating ?
I have a 2012 Ford Fusion that has had consistent issues with hard shifts, High RPM on slight incline and vibration all the time. The car has 10,000 miles, however the problem started at less then 1000 miles. The dealerships say this is the car behavior and have applied TSB 12-6 12. The car has not improved. The mount
valve was listed as being installed improperly and replaced? The vibration and shutter is still noted any time the car is driven. The transmission issues on this car are significant and the same problem is listed on Ford Forums with the exact same description of issues I have experienced. What is the best advice on getting through the double speak car dealerships throw at you ? Do regional technicians from Ford
work to resolve the problems, or try to once again to claim it is normal car behavior?
