Water When Accellerating

the mechanics cant seem to figureout why there is a watersound coming from the dashboard of the car. it only happebs when accelerating from a complete stop (stopping at a stoplight, then the noise comes when we go.) the mechanicsat the dealership dont know whats werong. there are no other symptoms.
