My 2007 Lariet V8 Triton 5.4 Has Had Many Issues. What Can Do?

I have spent so much on coil packs, suspension, transmission, wiring, ac valves, window motors, boots on coil , ticking noise, transmission running odd and rough.o Once again I an having issues. Sensors coil packs .. the list goes on. I can't afford to get another vehicle . I can't afford to keep throwing $$ at this one. I need help.
