Where Are The Drainage Holes In The Caq Door Ford Expedition

The door should have a slot drain on the front of the door and on the rear at the very bottom of the door, I suspect they are plugged up . Try taking a pick and digging what ever is restricting them. If that dosnt work you may need to remove the door panel to remove what ever has plugged them up.
