Where, Besides A Ford Dealership, Can I Purchase A Lighting Control Module?

I have a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis which needs to have the the LCM replaced.  My local dealer wants $580 (that includes taxes) for the part.  Can I buy it for less right from Ford?  Are there any coupons, rebates, etc to help defray some of that high cost?  Is there any recall upcoming for this part?
