03 Mustang Loud Thump In The Front Where My Wheels Are

Hi I Have Been Hearing This Thump Noise When I Would Hit My Brakes So I Took The Car In To Get New Brakes, But The Noise That I Acutally Took In For, It Sounds Like Thump Noise When I Push On The Brakes, I Know Its Something To Do With My Suspention, Any Advise How To Check What It Could Be?
