2003 Ford Crown Victoria

I have a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria the wipers works only intermittely and not on low or high how do I fix them.

Hi! This is either a problem with the wiper motor unable to provide enough power for continuous movement or a problem with the electronics that detect the position of the control stick. It is better to get this checked by an electrician to be sure.
