Fuse Problem
I need help finding out where does the fuse for the Instrument Cluster goes?

See the fuse replacement tutorial here http://www.carcarekiosk.com/video/2002_Ford_Explorer_XLT_4.0L_V6/fuse_interior/replace - You may be having a bad dimmer switch if it is not the cluster itself only that does not illuminate. Your culprit might also be a bad headlamp switch fuse.
