Hazard Fuse Ford Taurus Se

I been having my taurus for little bit less than a year and the hazard lights haven worked for me since day one and when it's engaged blinker dose not work. So I'm thinking fuse blown and I don't have a book for my car if someone can help me please car needs inspection soon
