I Have A 2001 Ranger With 3.0 And We Replaced The Heads Now It Dont Run Smooth

We Replaced The Heads With reman.heads Now It Runs But It Runs Rough .and Put New Plugs In It But Theyare  black  But Are Dry and It Sounds Like Exhaust Leak But Put New Gaskets On
