I assume you meant the anti-lock brake system or its usually referred to as the ABS. If the light is on, on your dash, first check brake master cylinder fluid level, then look at the backside of each wheel for fluid leaking. If you have a good brake pedal, id bet it one of the sensors that mount near each wheels brake.
