The freeze plugs are located on both sides of the motor under the manifolds. There is also some on the back side of the motor where the transmission mounts to the motor which are not visible. If the plug is behind the manifold you will obviously have to remove the manifold first, just unbolt it. Then drain the radiator and use a punch to knock a hole in the plug so it can drain. Then use a larger punch to tap around the edges to knock the plug out. You will then need a freeze plug installer you can borrow one from advanced or autozone to correctly install the new plug. Thats it, just reinstall the manifold if removed and refill the coolant and check for leaks.
