Misfire On Codereader

So my truck just started missing out the other day, so I took it to the local parts store and put a codereader on it. It came back saying misfire on plugs 2 and 3. So they sold me plugs and wires and I went home and put them on only to have it still missing out. So I took it back to parts store and the same code came up. So then they sold me an electronic ignition -coilpack. I came home put on and the truck is still missing. Anybody have a fix or a good suggestion. Or had the same issue? Thanks
