The fuse for the horn in a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria is fuse number 5, a 15 amp ATO fuse. This fuse is located in the underhood fuse box, which is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the firewall.

To check the fuse, you will need to open the fuse box cover and locate fuse number 5. The fuse should be a clear or light blue color. If the fuse is blown, it will be blackened or melted. If the fuse is blown, you will need to replace it with a new 15 amp ATO fuse.

Once you have replaced the fuse, you can test the horn to make sure it is working properly. To do this, simply press the horn button on the steering wheel. If the horn sounds, then the fuse is good and the problem is likely with the horn itself or the wiring to the horn. If the horn does not sound, then you may need to troubleshoot the horn or the wiring to the horn further.
