Clicking Sound Is Made When The Ignition Is Turn On

I think my starter is going bad because I had my battery and alternator tested, they tested ok. I hear a clicking sounds every time I start my truck. Once it starts I don't hear the sound and it haven't failed to start.

The clicking sound is the Solenoid trying to engage the Starter.
Try:

Connect a Jumper Battery to vehicle & try starting.
If it cranks, then your battery is low, bad, or connections are bad at battery.
If it doesn't crank, be sure cables are tight & clean at Battery, Relay / Solenoid & Starter
Check for voltage to the Starter when key is held in Crank position
No Voltage, replace Starter Relay / Solenoid

There is a Starter Relay / Solenoid located at the right (passenger) rear of the engine compartment. Check voltage at the connections to & from (to Starter) the Starter Relay / Solenoid.
Be sure the connections are clean & tight
Connect jumper cable on the Battery side of Starter Relay / Solenoid & try starting
