99 Escort: Location And How To Replace Canister Valve Solenoid? Help Please!

Where is the canister valve solenoid located on a 1999 ford escort LX? I am pretty well car minded, and this is one of the last steps to fixing my issues with the car for passing emissions. Please have a clear and consise answer, and maybe a picture or diagram wouldn't hurt. Thank you
