Water Collecting On Floor Rear Passenger Compartment.

Water is collecting on the rear passenger floor on the right hand side, even with the windows completely closed. There is no water problem on the left rear floor, or the driver or front passenger side floors. What may be causing this and how should I fix it. thanks

I would say take a look at the weather strip molding around the door jams. Stiff, cracked, loose, creased or damaged weatherstrip molding can cause leaks, even when its not raining. In bad weather water collects in creases in the fenders and body panels and as you travel air gets forced in and water forced out. If the water finds a bad spot in the weatherstrip, its in. It wouldnt be a bad idea to buy a tube of weatherstrip adhesive from your local parts store and gently pull off the weatherstrip then rebond your weatherstripping. Its $5.28 at Autozone for 3M brand and 3M is the best you could ask for.
