1998 Explorer Is Leaking Oil From The Rear Tire?

what does it mean when the tire is lesaking oil? and my car idles so high what do i do??

Tires don't leak oil. Your vehicle is probably leaking brake fluid. Either the brake hose is leaking fluid behind the tire or the brake caliper is leaking fluid. You will need to take your vehicle to a garage right away before your brakes fail.
