Fuse Problems

I had a mechanic fix my alternator and he he changed my battery out he hooked up the battery post wrong  and put foil inside of the main fuse the next day i crank up my car i see sparks flying.I dont see any blown fuses but when i try to crank da car none of the lights will come on. ive already changed the main fuse.
