my windstare has no rev but will forword with no problem is there a fix with out bying auther tran

You will have to rebuild the transmission. This is a very common problem with 1990's Windstars (and probably other Fords from that era). The reverse clutch drum breaks or cracks and that's the end of reverse for your vehicle. Ford should have been forced to issue a recall with this problem, but somehow they managed to avoid it.
