I Requested An Early Termination. My Agent Confirmed. But Farmers Didnt Canceled

I asked my agent to terminate my home and car insurance. My agent confirmed in writing by email and also called me to inform Farmers is no longer covering my home and cars. I have already new providor from the date I requested. Farmers didn't canceled the old insurance and I keep receiving invoices. I always send the invoices to the Farmer's agent and he always says not to worry because it is cancelled. I keep receiving invoices and my agent keep saying that just disregard. Farmers " renew" the insurance that was canceled and keep sending invoices. My agent asked to send proof that I have previous insurance from the date I have canceled. I did it right away and he confirmed have received. I still keep receiving invoices and now with a theatening that the debit will go to an external agency... I wrote to the Farmer's agent informing that I am spending lot of my time and he is not solving this problem. What can I do???? I wrote to the agent to reply urgent and he didn't replied. Farmer's need to send me back the reimbursement for the days I didn't use for the insurance and I receive invoices instead. Please, how to proceed from here?
