Penny Items
I just recently tried to make a purchase at a family dollar store in Fayetteville the items were two beaded necklaces for 1.50 when I took them to the register to have them rang up the cashier told me I can't sale these cus there pennied out which I thought was weird she was unfriendly and acted as if she didn't want to be there so I wasn't even sure if she was telling the truth so the question is why can't they sale penny items to a custome
