No Answer At Family Dollar, Ever.
Will Family Dollar ever answer a customer service phone number? So far, NO is the answer. They never answer, but they will leave you on the line for hours listening to horrible music. Seriously, is there a phone number they will answer?

2. If you haven't yet done so, consider interacting with the store manager (preferably in person), who may resolve or assist in resolution.
