How Can I Send Messages To My Friends After Being Blocked To Send Messages?
I want to send messages and accept friend requests.

Facebook has apparently determined that you were performing that action at a rate that it considers likely to be abusive. There is unfortunately nothing you can do to remove this temporary block; sorry. More here.
