White Blank Page After Trying To Secure Facebook Account

I got an email stating that someone had tried to log into my facebook from another state. I started the steps to "secure my account." I get to the point where it asks for a new password and I type in a new one, but then it goes to a blank white page. I can't get past this and it's not letting me log back into my account. I have tried to "secure" my account many times by resetting my password and doing the security steps, but it just keeps bringing me to the white page. Help!

First clear your cache and cookies. How you do that depends on your browser. In Firefox, use its toolbar to go to Tools|Options|History, and then click "clear your recent history." See your own browser's help section if you don't know how. Then restart your computer.

my account got closed yesterday the same way, and blank screen appeared on checkpoints. the problem is with facebook's javascript. Here's how I fixed it!:

1. Before logging in on facebook, install an add-on which stops any scripts from running. I used "no-script" on firefox, if you're using chrome, find a similar addon for it.
2. Once installed, login into facebook. Facebook will tell you to enable javascript, but DONT!.
3. Once you've logged in, the checkpoint pages will not appear blank and will start loading!
4. Complete the "secure your account" wizard. And you're done! :D
